The gym is well organized, equipments are always clean and easy to find. Nima hospitality definitely adds extra stars to TrainMore NDSM, he always has a smile on his face every morning and is willing to help everyone :)

I had a great experience at this gym. The facility was clean and had great equipped with machines and free weights,The gym felt welcoming even as a beginner The trainer I think it was Andrew was great he was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely interested what I wanted. He took his time to understand my goals and tailored a workout to my needs, and made sure I had proper form.
